Had a stellar night out with the wife! The bartenders Lainee and Chadd were great! Great management and customer service despite being slammed on the weekend! I'll gladly make the trip from Woodstock past longhorns more often for the awesome ribeye!
The last few times tx roadhouse has not been as enjoyable as they have been in the past. To start off they ran out of baked spuds,then our waitress ask us if we would like and steak sauce with our steaks and told her heinze 57,never got it,asked for extra ranch dressing,never got it. Our salads we got about 5-8mins into our main meal. Yes you heard that right. Got steaks then we got our salad. Call ahead putting name in was great! 6 of us walked in and were seated quickly. Ciera was best waitress ever! Attentive to all our wants and kept a good paced check on us. Too often places get complaints but this one the compliment needs to be known.
This location has gotten worse! After tonight my we will not be returning. We have always been rushed out. Salads cone out before appetizer which we have been told before that they are supposed to bring the appetizer out first. Tonight even though it was empty when we arrived and there were plenty of open seats they Sat us right next to another small group where it felt like our table was on theirs.
