I go to Taxes roadhouse at least 3 to 4 time a month.I went this past weekend and i had a horrible experience with the waitresses. Then i ask to speak with a manager and never got one.I dont think she told the manager that i wanted to speak to them.
The staff was rude... I believe the man who posted about Alisha. Fire her!! No customer should be treated that way!! Our carryout orders were wrong. Completely chaotic and overcrowded inside. Understaffed. Food wise? Everything tastes salty.
Good tasting food. it's been good for my husband and I every time we have gone. We get the big steak and split it and after eating tons of rolls with their delicious cinnamon butter we end up taking food home and warming it up the next day. my husband and I are a mixed couple and they do not discriminate there, that's one thing I like about that restaurant.
My husband and I enjoyed a date night here last weekend. It was our first time here and enjoyed it VERY much! Great food, great service, and great tap beer. Can't wait to go again.
Slow service for how busy they were there was a open can of soda in the steak displAy case thTs a health violation right there I took photo as proof the steak was great cooked perfectly still the open pop container was a concer for health violations u can't see
I'm a server & would never take to the internet with bad service.. but 10 minutes without so much as a greet or anything? That's absolutely embarrassing. Had I noticed everyone was busy, it wouldn't bother me much, but there were multiple employees standing around, & THREE tables were greeted around us before we walked out. I thought you were to be held at a legendary service standard? I guess I thought wrong.
