Poor service. Extremely long wait time for take home meals.
Ordered a medium steak and received a rare one. Sent it back and got one cooked less than the first one. I don't what kind of cooks they hire, but they will never see me in their place of business again.
Boxed Mac & Cheese??? I don't even buy this for my family at home. Completely disgusting. I assumed it would be some tasty homemade mac & cheese but instead it was cold dry powdered tasting Mac and cheese stuck together in clumps. We spent 40 dollars on to go food. When we got home we were less than impressed. Will never dine here again... Not just because they serve boxed mac & cheese ... But because the lady who took our order didn't even give us a heads up... So disappointed.
No problem with the food or service. I'm not sure who decided you needed to start playing an eardrum shattering level of a loud horrible Texas Roadhouse song and make your servers do an annoying line dance, but terrible idea. I am almost deaf in one ear and it was painfully loud even to me. Utterly disruptive and annoying and pointless. Why are you advertising "Texas Roadhouse ya'll!" when we are already there? Awful.
