Many open tables but quoted a 45 minute wait. Staffing shortage? Just waited around until bar space opened up. Service was great, attentive. Food was ok, not as good as usual. Grill marks on steaks were burn marks like they were trying to push the food through too quickly. And really why do you serve gold ball sized baked potatoes? They are pitiful.
Great food of course and they even accommodated a walk-in 20-man party...I love their birthday celebration for their patrons...Thanks for your service....Outstanding and If I'm in your area again, I'll stop in...
We loved it! We celebrated my Husband's birthday and the staff really made him feel special. The food was so delicious and the steaks were cooked to perfection. My husband really enjoyed celebrating his birthday at Texas Roadhouse. We will be back!
Usually have great service. Not so much yesterday. Long story but it was a seating issue. The whole situation would have had a totally different outcome with better management. Good management makes all the difference. Ended up going somewhere else.
