Great food and awesome service, food received in a timely manner, temperature was not too cold like most restaurants, we were very satisfied
We had excellent service and the food was really good. Steaks were cooked perfectly. But I must say that it was pretty dirty in there. Floors were very messy and greasy. We were seated at a booth and I couldn't even set down because it was so bad. Bathrooms were also dirty. Time of visit was 4:00 on a Sunday. They were not that busy to be so filthy
We had a wonderful time at the Texas Roadhouse Grill, the food and service was excellent! The Cactus Bloom is one of my favorites and they did not disappoint. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and professional. It's a fun place as well, enjoyed the staff special occasion performances as well.
I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but the bathrooms were in rough shape. The floor under our table was slippery and sticky at the same time which I still can't explain. My food was edible though my mother in law, kids, and wife were disappointed. The staff, however, were cheery and upbeat! All had smiles on their faces and were very attentive to all of the customers, not just my family and I. The food is always great but this time the service was better than great. Every employee we came in contact with,( from the ladies at the front door to our server) was super nice and made the night totally awesome!!
Love the people and food. We went there twice, both times we had to wait, but it was worth it.
