went here two times in 2 months. w went for lunch both times. the food and service were excellent! the first time I went I ordered the sirloin cooked medium. it was cooked just right. the second time I tried it medium rare and it was cooked just as I asked my husbund had the chicken and he loved it. hes not much for restaurants, but after going the first time he liked it so much he had to go back again. Poor customer service, food was cold. Manager lied about new plate being prepared when I sent it back however the same half eaten rib bone I sent back was under the 1/2 rack that wasn’t touched. Very disappointed in my local franchise.
Amanda is an awesome waitress and made our dining experience amazing!! 5 star service!! 👏 👏
