I ordered a 12oz ribeye, Pittsburgh Style. The steak was cut too thin, went from a quarter inch (most of it) to a half inch. Waitress said that how Ribeyes are cut, but it definitely didn't look like the ones in the display case. Also the steak was over seasoned. I have been to many Texas Roadhouses in my travels, this was from a food perspective was the worst.
I love all their food and the atmosphere is fantastic. so much fun with a Birthday crowd or any size group. excellent service

I know we had a large party....but the service was so slow!! Food was fine.
Had the worst experience ever there on Saturday... this used to be my favorite restaurant... we were there for OVER 4 hours!!!! we had about 10 people in our party (4 young kids included). The service was soooooo slow. Called ahead and waited over 2 hrs for a table, and never got one so we left, and the mansion was absolutely no help either. They didn’t even care, and so many people got seated after they came in after us. Will never go back.
