Another bad review because they won't answer phone. You'll likely be forced to use them because they are part of the hospital. But they will send you to collections rather than answer their phones. My insurance will pay in full if they will provide information that they need to process claim, but they couldn't be bothered. It's a good idea to call the billing department before using their services so you know what a bad experience you are about to have.
They don't answer their phones, and bill you for charges that you weren't informed of beforehand, a violation of the "no surprises" law, and that should have been covered by insurance. They give Baylor Plano a black eye.
Impossible to get someone on the phone. Used website "contact us" and that took over a week while I continued to receive unsolicited text message. Patient beware they are deleting negative reviews
Refuses to answer the phone. I hate that I'm going to have to put myself through pain in order to visit in person and get them to fix THEIR mistake running my insurance.
