Thought I'd give Texas Pool Pros a second chance. Once again they disappoint. Sent someone out quickly to investigate a problem. Recommended replacing the pool pump. I already knew that. After over 24 hours of unresponsiveness, I found someone else who could replace the pump the next morning. Texas Pool Pros' owner kept telling me he was working on it. Really? I would have preferred an honest response like we're too busy. No recommendation here. Two strikes you're out.
We like this company but are struggling to continue to feel this way. In February 2017 they resurfaced our pool and made some equipment repairs. They did the work quickly. Since then we have had problems with the plaster - several splotches on the bottom and drip marks on the wall from the Polaris connector. Getting them to the house when it’s convenient for us has been painful and nonexistent. Diamond Brite plaster (10-year warranty) has been just as bad, if not worse.
