They never called, cannot get my medical records, I was with Dr. M and he retired. Was with this place 5-6 months and now gone. I’m confused about how to get my medical records. What a mess. Open for suggestions; ANYONE?!

I have been with Dr. Mikheil for 5 yrs when he retired. Okay I get it everyone deserves to retire. However, to put me with a clinic that would close at the drop of a hat within 5 months is just crazy! Can anyone tell me why they closed down and how I can get my medical records?

Horrible company. I was with a provider for 5 years that turned his patients over to this place and they were awful. I had a whole plan in place with my medications and getting off of them and when I gave my concerns to this place the doctor was no help and always just asked how I wanted to do it. They were the professionals I thought they were to tell me the safest way to do what I had in place with my other doctor. I had been a patient of a doctor who retired and turned his practice over to this office. They do not answer their phones nor do they return phone calls or emails (from August 22nd). We had to drive there to see if they had closed down (they didn’t). Trying to get a release so I can see another doctor closer to where I live and can’t get a response.
