RecommendedFriendly staff whether it's in person or over the phone. Dr Bates always very accessible for answers. Great clean office.
We were blessed to have Dr. Bates! He always went out of his way to call, check on our daughter's health after her procedures and her wellbeing his number 1 concern. I am glad that there are still physicians that care about their patients and not just the money.
