In January 2015 I went into septic shock as a result of a kidney stone. The medical team at St. David’s South Austin saved my life and I am eternally grateful for your prompt response and treatment. Thanks to you I have made a COMPLETE recovery.

I’ve heard about the outrageous bill you are charging a teacher for heart surgery on NPR. How can you call yourself a Christian organization?

Not breastfeeding friendly. I had an excellent experience up until postpartum. A nurse or two made offhanded comments and jokes about how large my baby was. I will switch OBGYNs if we decide to have another baby, although I love my doctor, but I refuse to give birth at this hospital again. I tried to follow up three different times to talk about my experience and have heard zilch. I feel like I’ve been ghosted by their patient care department.
