I was a patient around two years, and these were some of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor in my entire life. The interaction that had me running in the other direction happened when he decided to call me and harass me over the phone about coming in and seeing him. He was screaming and yelling and his front office staff had to call back and apologize for him. Once he forced my hand and I had to see him, he charged me TRIPLE compared to my last appointment after visiting for 2 mins!
I visited this office 2 times. Both experiences were HORRIBLE!!!! The front office staff are very rude and they do not follow HIPPA policy for privacy. During my EMG & NCV testing Dr El-Feky got very agitated because I guess he forgot he was supposed to also complete testing on my legs. He did the test; however, did not report results. This to me is so unprofessional. My main problems was pain in lower legs however he was only concerned with my carpel tunnel issues.
