I had an app scheduled 3 weeks in advance, I called same day morning to confirm my afternoon appointment, they confirmed and asked me to fill 6 information pages. When date & time arrived I headed to Dr Yu’s office but when I arrived, I was told dr Yu Zhao could not see me because He dd not work with my insurance company. What’s the point in giving and confirming an appointment He can not accept. Whose time lost ? The patient’s of course. Nobody cares !!! Not even apologies… M. Espinoza
