I cannot begin to explain how amazing everyone is here. They are hands-down the absolute most courteous, helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in any retail environment. They treat you like family, bend over backwards no matter what. They stayed one hour late today on a Saturday. Just because I would like to go to the lake with my family tonight. Had an amazing experience with Texas Mastercraft. spoke with Todd over Christmas and New Years holiday about a used boat we were interested in but had the issue that we lived in California. After many pictures, calls and texts we decided to fly into TX to take a look and the boat was exactly as described. Todd took us put for a test run on the lake, offered to fix a couple minor issues and we signed papers. Looking forward to getting it out on the lake in California!
From start to finish, Craig was very helpful and understanding. I went from a inboard/outboard to a new nxt22. So I had tons of questions, he not only answered them but help me understand the how’s and why’s in the difference. The experience has been hands down the best ever and will always recommend them to other boaters interested in upgrading. Thanks guys!!!
