Support staff is the worst. Support staff is the worst. Said it twice because (1) it's true, and (2) review had to be at least 50 words.
Dr Flanagan, Marcy and staff have seen me through so much...2 hip replacements and, soon, both knees will be replaced. I am 54 yrs old, which is young for all of this, and it is so hard to have my mobility and pain levels challenged. I have been treated with much caring and respect. Dr Flanagan does not play games and expects perfection from me, as I do from him.
I adore my pain mgt Dr. Been seeing him for 7 years this month (June ). My life is so much better from a quality point of view! Thank you BCPM!
