mac and cheese awful We had a large group in waiter was getting Irritated

Service here is horrible and recommend y’all to go someone else for a better experience. Damond should not be working directly with customer. I tried to speak to general manager but they refuse to speak about my experience here. So if general manager is unprofessional that that explains why the employees ate not fit for the position they hold.
The meal was great, service was so so. I ordered queso, didn’t get it and it was my birthday so the server said I have a surprise for you. A Texas brownie that I didn’t order and guess what? They charged me for it. Really confused!!
I recommend the Smoked sirloin and Salmon they are my top two favorites things. very delicious. Nice staff excellent service!!
Big chicken fried steak had lots of batter but the meat was tough and stringy. Hard to eat. Batter good flavor. Mash potatoes good. Waiting for water refills when not busy means inattentive waiter. Twice baked potatoes were over cooked and dry and hard. Personally I won’t go back. Table of four and three orders of CFS and all were terrible.
Excellent steaks......clean restaurant.......friendly staff.
