Our 4th visit and the first visit was the best with each subsequent visit progressively worse. Showing up with the manager complaining to the hostess about staffing, indecision is we should sit at table A or B, one place setting at table for four of us and had to ask for three more, sticky table top, slow service by inexpressive waitress, long wait for bar drinks to arrive, salads placed in front with waitress' thumb inside the salad bowl, trout smelly, pecan pie hot at center and cold at the crust and a long wait for the bi... read more
Sadly this will be our last time here. We were told the expected wait would be 25 minutes, but we waited 75 minutes for a table. The manager was nice, but the hostess was very rude and not doing a good job of seating tables. There were about 10 empty tables as we finally got to sit down. Then we thought - well, at least it will be worth it. Nope. My steak was dry and tough and my baked potato was overcooked and not loaded at all. Sorry, they were way off their game tonight.

Came here a few weeks ago for the first time... The spicy Caesar salad was delicious as well as my steak. Our waitress was great too. My son is a very picky eater and won't eat anything that doesn't look the same as it does at home. We ordered him a grilled cheese. He didn't eat/ touch it ( he filled up on the bread before hand too)... Service was amazing! It was great to see all the servers taking care of the tables as needed, instead of just the server assigned to that section. It definitely makes a difference in the time food is delivered and the cleanliness of the table. The music playing was also great!
Very disappointed with service and food. Would not recommend.
Service was terrible. Our server was totally not attentive. The smoked sirloin was chewy and was returned. My sirloin steak was dry and too heavily seasoned with pepper. The good bread they used to have has been replaced by a bland white bread. It's been over 2 years since our previous visit, and this most likely was our last visit.
