Everything was right on No problems whatsoever Enjoyable dining experience
Slow and bland. Restaurant was practically empty at 1:15pm. 25 minutes until food arrived. Tex-Sin Sandwich was sinfully bland. Generally rundown in appearance, especially outside. Server was pleasant, but absent most of the time. Sad, TL&C used to be decent.
The food was great and good service. The stuffed jalapeños was the best I've ever had and the steak and shrimp was on point.
