It took forever to get our food, I had a filet with sauteed onions and they were crunchy and I think sauteed in grease! The baked potatoes had no flavor at all, the chicken fried steak was cooked in old greese, the sirloin steak was in 3 thin slices which was weird, the asparagus had some hot nasty spice on it. We ordered caso dip and it seems like they used cheese whiz, wasn't good at all. I told the waiter those were not sauteed onions and I didn't eat them and ask him to take them off the bill. No waiting sat right away waiter was friendly service not good at all 3 rd time there and service is still bad don’t understand why wait staff is assigned several tables when they can’t attend to them . Had to ask for refills and wait to get someones attention to ask for ice since refill had none. Waiter brought out ice in a cup to go didn’t ask for that like telling us are you ready to go. Horrible food. Very disappointing. Under new management. Menu changed and not many options.
Worst trip ive ever had to one. Menu is horrible now under new ownership and id have had better steak on a sammich from arbys. I thought for a min we were dinning at golden coral
The smoked sirloin was great. I enjoyed the complete meal.
I was pretty disappointed with the service received while celebrating my daughters birthday. Let me just say the food was good but the service was lacking a whole lot. I made reservations for dinner and told them that it was a birthday celebration and I also reminded the waiter when we arrived. No one time did he mention or wish her happy birthday. We had empty drinks the entire dinner and also waited forever to get our food. It has been a while since I have been there and I am not sure I will be back.
The service started out okay, but quickly got very sloppy. Nobody asked how the food was. Our appetizer was luke warm, but tasty. The side salad and side dishes were all sub par. The fresh veggies were turning brown. The diet coke tasted like water, we had to flag someone down to trade it in for water. The steaks, however, were very good.
