The visit was okay but the nurses would never have the doctor sign the paperwork for the wheel chair since May 20th of 2025 and the call service never gets my message through to the nurse/ doctor so he can sign the paper. I am still waiting on the nurse to give the doctor the paper to sign and now it is the end of July. How much longer do I have to wait? Not happy. This is for my mother that has seen the doctor. I keep leaving messages through the system they have it is very poor run.
This office was recommended to me thru an emergency care provider. The Dr and staff were very friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed be the Dr. and he too the time to listen to me. A+
Great customer service
I was in a traumatic car accident. Dr Stephenson from the joint group did my surgery. He was very thorough and my recovery was very fast. I’m still under his care. The office staff is incredibly kind. They make it easy to have an enjoyable appointment. I would totally recommend this office for any of your needs for joint repair.
Other specialists were unable to repair my leg. Dr. Samuel Stephenson, was more than capable and I'm walking again. The staff at Texas Joint Institute in Plano were fantastic, professional and fun! Can't say enough good things about Dr. Stephenson and the Plano staff. Can't thank them enough either! Ive already sent them an additional patient and will continue to do so. Thanks y'all and God bless.
