I think having your patients wait 9 days for MRI test results when they are under intense stress already is terrible. Anyone who is seeing a neurologist obviously has concerns that need to be addressed, my good friend and co worker was given the run around about her results. I’m writing this as a concerned friend who saw your patient stressing over results that you had but wouldn’t give her until she called several times and was told several different things even when she paid out of pocket for the testing.

Dr Al Rafai is wonderful, great compassion and bedside manner, he was very easy to talk to. His assistant Kelly, was less than stellar or on point, needs better interpersonal skills, very rude and disrespectful.

He explained everything to me and made notes in my notebook just so I would remember. But we moved four hours away from Sherman. When I found a new doctor (primary and rheumatologist) I filled out those offices request for my records to be sent to them. Two years later and I still have not been able to get my records of CT scans and MRIs to my current doctors. I have ... read more
