This place is horrible. To make a long story short I havent seen a neurologist since 2016 and my Dr wanted me to go to get cleared for a vaginal delivery. I called to try to schedule and I got transferred to billing which 1st told my I owed 250$. First time I am hearing of this and I asked to be sent a detailed statement...never received it. Many of my patients went here then my dad after his first stroke in 2017. He had a massive stroke in June 2019 and the Drs at TMC didnt know what a tough man my dad was and looked at his age being a reason daddy would not recover. Frustrated & desperate I called his Nuerologist, Dr. Jose Matus office! Dr. Matus sent Dr Khruam Mian (who dad had met Nov 2018 & was AWESOME!) and Dr. Shyuma Satyan (I believe) to check things out. This is the most unorganized group of staff workers I have ever dealt with. Make an appt then I show up they rescheduled it for later that day then show up then they say go to another Dr instead of us. TMC told me to see Dr Morales on my paperwork. No one knows what you s going on. They are rude and talking about other staff members at the front desk with the glass open for everyone to hear. I will never go back to this place. Goodbye!
