Billing is horrible and they will cancel an appt on you in a heartbeat. Most medical has online billing and payment, I am not mailing a check when HSA works using a debit card.

Worst service ever. The never answer the phone or return phone calls. We paid them to fill out some paperwork for my wife to get FMLA and they never turned it in and will not answer the phones or return calls. I feel like a bill collector. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Easwar Sundaram Jr. for over twenty years due to him having MS. Dr. Sundaram and his staff are awesome and always wonderful to help or answer any questions we may have. Dr. Sundaram is so knowledgeable and has helped us in a wide variety of health, insurance and medicine issues in the past twenty years and always makes time for us. I would highly recommend Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders!
