I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!! Very unprofessional & make sure you get everything in writing!! I got a phone to confirm my appointment on 06/24/22. I then requested a reschedule. I was told my appointment would be canceled & all information would be sent back to the state. But they never sent anything over!! Then said I did a no call and no show to the appointment that was suppose to be cancelled on 06/24/22!! So now my benefits are being denied & I can’t work because of my injury!!
