Texas Ideal Properties made a very difficult time so much easier. After the unexpected passing of my daughter, my husband and I had the task of emptying her home of 16 years and preparing it for sale. Since we live in Louisiana, this meant many 4 hour trips to Texas. After meeting Chris and one of his staff members, I knew I wanted to go with them. We were able to close within two weeks of going through probate. Such a tremendous load off our shoulders! Thank you Chris and staff!
Working with TIP was a very positive experience. We had a number of delays with title company and TIP was very accommodating. All our communications from the very beginning of the sale to the actual closing were very Prompt and efficient and courteous to us, especially as it was a hard time, we live in a different state and it was the home of our elderly parents who had passed.

I contacted them about selling my house the way low balled me with offer. And Mark was an *** when I asked follow up question. I guess greed is thing with the fast cash offer groups.

James contacted us through our website. Our representative, Mark, was unable to reach James by phone so he instead sent an email. James sent a text message to Mark. After James mentioned the asking price for his house Mark gave him a ballpark offer price that was lower than the asking price. Mark mentioned that we are able to close fast, but as a matter of normal practice he also suggested that James work with a Realtor to help him get his full asking price.
