Texas Ideal Properties made a very difficult time so much easier. After the unexpected passing of my daughter, my husband and I had the task of emptying her home of 16 years and preparing it for sale. Since we live in Louisiana, this meant many 4 hour trips to Texas. After meeting Chris and one of his staff members, I knew I wanted to go with them. We were able to close within two weeks of going through probate. Such a tremendous load off our shoulders! Thank you Chris and staff!
