I would just suggest you check on your loved ones, especially if you live out of state. Very poor management of their patients and they lack the ability to identify signs of neglect/abuse. They lack caregiver oversight to ensure they are provide adequate care. They do not follow Texas mantory reporting laws. Lack oversight to ensure fraud isn't occurring. The condition my father was in prior to passing was unacceptablele; severely neglected, malnutritioned, bed sores, and serious gross UTI. So if you use this company I sugge... read more

This company has some of the most rude UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT young women I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting in my 81 years on this planet! Do NOT hire this company if you need a kind caring person to help you live out the end of your life! I was afraid of one of the mouthier young women they sent over here to help me.
