My mom had hip surgery yesterday and everyone was so nice and sweet and helpful. Thank you so much (especially the six blankets my mom had, she was cold).
Everyone took care of me. And where so sweet! I'm waiting for surgery now. But I don't even have words to describe how great there team is!
Being in the ER with a loved one is extremely stressful! Being with my daughter, not knowing what was wrong, cannot do anything save pray and and ask questions. The nurses, radiologists, and the physician were so understanding, explaining everything in layman's terms without being condescending is their standard. Even though they were uncharacteristically busy for a Thursday night, we didn't feel ignored. Thank you, Presby!
Facility was first rate. Every one of the Staff from Check-in to the nurse that took me out to my car were amazing. Very professional, nice, caring people. Loved the classic rock playing in my procedure room! Great place and Staff.

My mother always receives the best of care whenever she's been admitted. I can always count on the staff to be as supportive and helpful as possible. She is doing a little bit better and in due time will get better God willing.
They have a great labor and delivery team! My wife and I delivered our baby boy here and are so impressed with the staffs helpfulness and how kind they are. The nurses are very knowledgeable, compassionate, loving, and supportive. Overall I am grateful that we delivered at this hospital, we were treated very well and couldn't be happier. Thank you Presbyterian Rockwall.
