Wonderful hospital. Wonderful, caring staff and Doctors.
I had my 11 year old daughter at the ER yesterday, WOEST TREATMENT EVER!!! We always use Presby but after yesterday and the last 2 times of being there NEVER AGAIN!!! She was not given the treatment she deserved for being a child diagnosed with bronchitis and pnoumonia, didn't give her a breathing treatment, nothing!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I have been to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital several times over the last few months. I've been in the ER, had procedures, and surgeries. I could not be more pleased with every one here, from the staff, nurses, drs, janitorial, and food service. Every one is always friendly and eager to help. They really make you feel at ease. I had my daughter here on December 16th and had the absolute best experience of my life. I did not encounter one person that was rude. Every single person that came in my room down to the cleaning lady and the man who brought my food was extremely nice and friendly. Everyone was so personable and answered all my questions. They all spent as much time in my room as I needed caring for me and answering all of my questions. I loved everyone!!
