Love the place. I like the staff a lot. Love the fact the pre-op recovery rooms are individual rooms and not curtain divided stalls.
Multiple bad experiences here. Ive left a message requesting to speak to someone... ANYONE, because all my Drs work out of Presby. Can't get a call back. Unreal . Don't come here.
I was taken promptly upon arrival to my procedure area and treated with patience and courtesy. How I felt was their primary concern and they followed up with me the next day to make sure my recovery went as expected.
