Quality has gone down with new management. I've had several surgeries in the past as Plano Presbyterian which had great care and great nurses/staff. This does not reflect on the poor nurses. I'm a cancer patient and I went into the MRI center to have an MRI performed in October. While the nurse and imaging technician were great, there was NO electronic warnings posted on any doors, forms, or written consent about removing all electronic devices. As a result, when I entered the "donut" room with the MRI machine, it was... read more

My husband stayed in the hospital 6 days, he is diabetic on insulin and has high blood pressure and other medical conditions. There was no restrictions for his food, he was allowed to eat anything he requested. He had desserts every day, 3 times a day. He ate pasta, and bread. Every soup he ordered was very salty, chicken noodles, vegie, the chicken Enchilada was the worst. 45 minutes for the meal to be delivered to the room, 3-4 times they forgot to include something he requested and he had to wait another 45 mins. On the 3... read more

My past experiences with this ER have been good. However, my visit last week was a waste of my time as a diagnosis was not obtained. The doctor was kind enough to give a very broad/generic diagnosis. I am still having the same issues with no relief. The doctor did not perform a physical exam as he evaluated me from a chair across the room. In the past when I had excellent insurance I was treated differently and given every test. The only difference in this visit was my insurance and I truly believe that I was not given the n... read more

Wow wow!!!!!! How you can be safe as a patient makes me fear for my safety !!!!! Their mandates for all of their healthcare workers to be vaccinated with an emergency use vaccine that is NOT FDA APPROVED . I supposed to believe that an entire Hospital full of people who don’t believe in medical freedom and informed consent is going to provide me ethical care? and then respect my wishes.....!!!!!!! I would never recommend this Hospital run from here.

I just want to leave this review just for anybody I just want to leave this review just for anybody out there to think twice before they choose this hospital. As a patient which just recently got discharged I'm happy I'm alive to share my story what I noticed.... I had to repeat myself multiple times when I had the conversations with the nurses very hard to have communication seems like they don't understand what you're talking about, I noticed they were forgetting things during conversation and they do seem to be very spora... read more

My daughter in law was transferred to this hospital from hospital in Frisco for a severe abscess of a tooth. The hospital staff kept telling her a doctor that was assigned to her would be coming. She was there 3 days with antibiotic IV and no doctor ever showed. When he did on the 3rd day to do a procedure on the abscess there was no Lidicane on the tray so the doctor just left. The nurse says she hopes he comes back. This is the treatment my daughter in law got for 3 days, Doctor is coming, we do not know where he is. ... read more
