I so love this family of healthcare workers been with them since it opened at the old location and gladly followed them to the new location!
Not too happy right now. The MA there failed to communicate regarding my documentation as she stated she would from Friday June 1st, 2018 and now I might be losing my job because of it. Then the Ma kept me on hold for almost twenty minutes after I HAD TO CALL AND FOLLOW UP and she didn't even apologized and just said okay after I informed her of my frustration. Thank You Thank You!!! This hospital was beyond remarkable.....everyone i came in contact with was the BEST.....thank you Dr Porter for replacing my stents(very caring doctor)......too all my nurses Thank You...you all made me feel so welcome and im forever grateful......thank you God for this place and staff��
2.5 hours and an hour in the room and not a soul could peak there head in and ask if my daughter is still alive. You guys need some help, or even better staff that cares and wants to work and no, you all weren't busy, not with the number of rooms I saw open... so what's the excuse now...
RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about the Women’s Services staff at Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall! Everybody made it such a nice experience for the one night we were admitted there! One of the staff even handmade a special canvas and gave it to us as a gift before we left and today I just received a sweet card in the mail from all of the staff! Thank you all for the wonderful care and for all you do!�
