Serena was extremely gentle with my mammogram when she knew I was in pain. She's the best! Also, Lisa & Nousha were very kind.
Aside from the gowns that are laced with scented laundry products which is extremely toxic for some people whether they are wearing it themselves or it's within several feet away, this facility does not have wait lists. They expect patients who need an appointment to call every single day to check for cancelations. This is extremely inefficient and unhelpful. Certainly not customer focused. I've had the most wonderful time with a wonderful team at this location.Getting a breast exam is Dr. Morgan.\nAmber.\Gema and Jacoby. The team was great with their determination and helping me get the information I needed for my upcoming surgery on October 3rd, the procedure that I needed done was very difficult for the staff due to the smallness of the indicator and the location of the indicator.
