The PA was great! The Front Desk ladies were completely rude, unhelpful, and basically hateful. I would suggest that this place get better people to work for you. people thathave actual Customer Service skills. I own a business and I would never let my staff talk to People the way they Tra me, They said that the information is on the papers they gave me was the referral. What an amazing staff, from the front desk, the xray tech and nurses and the doctors. All super caring and empathetic. It was a heart warming experience to see people who truly care. ♥️
The only reasons this place gets 2 stars is because of Dr. Sanders fixing my knee Take him away from the equation, the staff there is unprofessional and disorganized. They would ask me what do you think we should do and never actually got to see the man who worked on my knee. There was an appointment I had and they were confused I was there. They forgot to schedule my appointment on their end and just gave us the most generic answers because they were not prepared for me. My father and I have a running joke that every time w... read more
My son had a very bad accident. He is an insulin dependant diabetic which adds to the stress and fear of any surgery. Dr. Bell put 10 plates in his heel and a pin in his ankle. It was a rough six months. I am so thankful Dr. Bell was trauma doctor on call. I can't think him enough.
I was in a motorcycle accident three years ago . Dr. Sanders said “ I broke my knee in the best way and super easy to fix “ ..I have not been able to straighten my knee in three years . I saw a real doctor today and I need a knee replacement and a hip replacement,due to walking wrong and bad knee surgery. I’m 43 years old …….thank you Dr Sanders !!!!!!!
