My 80 year old Dad had a small stoke TIA at 4:00 Am, the emergency room part was not a good experience after the shift change at 7:00 Am. Room was not supplied with anything we even run out of paper towels! Every time they need it something they will leave to get it and didn’t come back for almost 5 minutes! no went there cause i have a bad cough, upper respiratory infection and a headache. YOU THINK THEY WOULD NOT WANT SOMEONE ELSE GET IT NEVER OFFERED ME A MASK OR EVEN GOT ME SEEN. I WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS YET PEOPLE THAT GOT THERE AFTER ME GOT SEEN SOME WERE MIVING AROUND FINE, EATING AND THAT WAS MORE IMPORTANT FOR THEM TO SEE. I HATE THAT HOSPITAL. Great staff we were seen really fast
UPDATE: I was visited by a Nurse Administrator to hear my concerns of transparency, care, miscommunication and issues with getting orders from the doctor, medication, and treatments. Very kind and listened to my concerns and was very professional. By the time I was visited, I was a little more emotional than I wanted to be, but I appreciate her candor. Today May 30th my son was being disrespectful and disobedient so my husband who is a black man disciplined him. A white lady nurse took a video and said my husband was abusive. First my husband is not abusive and never has been abusive. Second Lady if you were so Concerned why didn't you come to me. The truth is all this nurse saw was a BLACK man with a light skinned boy and she was judgemental. I will never go back to this racist hospital EVER!
I had good service when I broke my leg they have good services when you need them
