We moved to Azle on Saturday and Monday night my husband had to take me to ER because of my heart . We were in the ER for about 5 hours before I was placed in a room. The receptionist at the ER desk was wonderful ( I wish I could remember her name ) I was placed in ICU for 2 days and I can not say enough good things about the staff. The nurses I had , Jennifer & Jamie were very knowledgeable, patient, caring and always had a smile on their face . the er seems more like social hour then a place to treat patients...the staff was way more concerned with laughing and joking with one another then they were about they patients had.....

After sleeping on this, I have decided to go ahead and share how we were treated in the ER at Texas Health Resources hospital in Azle. I am not one to share bad reviews online, as y’all can tell from my posts. But I just can’t help it on this one. I was mortified! While visiting from Houston, my daughter-in-law was drugged while on a date with my son. The police are on the case and we hope to find the disgusting person who did this. Horrible practice. Been there twice in the past and both times I went the doctors were, without a doubt wrong about my diagnosis. They said I’d never have kids, I have a one year old, and they said my ankle wasn’t broken whenever you could (and still can) feel the bone in the side of my foot that’s misplaced and healed that way. They gave me a printout of an X-ray that wouldn’t show me my ankle (one they took of my toes going downwards towards the back of my foot) asked about the side view and they said “they didn’t have it”... read more

I just got home from the ER! The staff at THR Azle went above and beyond! Thank you Dr Miller for having great bedside manner and thank you for listening to me! From start to finish all of the staff at this location was amazing!

Sat for an hour bleeding from a wrist injury and overheard the nurses say it was going to be at least 4 hours before anyone in the waiting room was going to go into the back. Left and went elsewhere and was seen in less than 15 minutes. They didnt even check to see if I had nicked the artery
