RecommendedMy daughter injured her knee and needed stitches. I was a bit nervous about going to the ER due to the pandemic. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly nurse, asking us the typical screening questions and immediately directed to sign in. The receptionist was friendly and was super sweet to my 11 yr old, making my daughter at ease with the situation. I got hurt doing that new carwash on Santa Fee, went to Texas Health on July 2 ,2019 they found 2 hernias in my growing area. But since I didn't have insurance and since it's not a community Hospital they said my situation isn't life threatening and sent me home saying I can return to work 3 days later. Here it is 1/26/2020 and still no surgery, I've lost my truck due to repo, my job and now I'm homeless sleeping in my vehicle every night.. i walked out of er 2 blown viens and my arm is still hurting and bleed thru my hoodie. the male nurse was rude. and the room was was not cleaned from previous patoent. sadly this has changed the whole idea of care for me. impciacable was my opinion until tonight

Excellent ER! Was in and out in exactly an hour and 45 minutes with a snapped fibula! Excellent staff, great customer service, unmatchable efficiency, and the medical knowledge was as good as it gets!
Staff is very rude, since the second I stepped in the door. Attitudes from everyone and dirty looks from nurses no explanation for anything. Highly NOT recommended will not be back or have my family come here again..
Texas health does not take care of their patients when someone is in the ER.
