Dr Jalal is an exceptional physician. She listened, and took my comments seriously. Staff was professional and friendly. Excellent experience
I've been very happy with Dr Jalal she listens and answers questions in an easy to understand way.
It took 45 minutes searching for a parking spot, was unable to find one so I did valet parking which cost extra. When I arrived the front office staff was horrible related to customer service. When I made the appointment. I told him that my insurance is going to affect on March 1 and I would have my insurance information when I came and I was told that was if I didn’t have my card I would have to pay out of pocket, but if I didn’t receive it I would only be charged the amount set with my insurance.
