Patient family Amazing surgeon. Truly one of the best. Unfortunately, his office staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. They completely lack empathy and sensitivity to people going through a very difficult time. For this reason I would look into other options if we had to do it all over again
Not a good choice! Very disatisfied with my overall experience for Dr Cummings and staff. The staff does not follow through nor return any phone calls. The office is poorly run (office manager and billing person) and not professional. If you go in for a yearly physical(well exam)watch out for the additional charges if you even mention any concerns about your health!! When you question the charges, they won't call you back. DO NOT HAVE A BABY HERE!! This hospital will send you 12 additional bills when you deliver a baby here. Do not think for one minute you will have 1 hospital bill. The hospital is old and stinky. MAKE SURE YOUR DOCTOR DELIVERS AT BAYLOR FRISCO!! Not only do they have a chef, they have SECURITY!! Anyone can just walk in the labor and delivery unit at ANY time. If your going to get a bill make sure your service is phenomenal:) I was very unfortunate to have delivered at Texas Health in Allen.
Mrs. I get great service and medical care every time I go to Coppell Family Medical. Many years ago, when my family and I first moved to Coppell, I was very disappointed with care there - especially from the office staff, so I gave up on them. When I visited them again (for my own convenience on a Saturday), I was very impressed with the changes. Very Rude & Rushing This doctor rushed me through my office visit and then woudl not even listen to my concerns about my daughter... I will be reporting her to the Medical Board for harassment!
D. Ford 10 years ago my daughter was a todler and constantly getting sick. Her doctor at the time had mis-diagnosed her with severe allergies. Per a friend, I made an appointment with Dr. Manito for a second opinion after 6 months of her being sick non-stop and numerous hospital stays. On her first exam, she said my daughter needed her tonsils out immediately. She was scheduled promptly and my daughter has not become that severely ill again. Dr. Manito is wonderful and I couldn't switch doctors faster!
customer service presbyterian is a wonderful hospital. i dont have insurance and i have graves disease, hyperthyroidism and atrial fabrillation and all three times i have been admitted to the hospital they have been so great to me. ive had all kinds of tests done and never have had a problem with their diagnosis or treatment. and not to mention they have been so nice to me
Excellent care, I recommend with confidence. He is capable and caring; a fine physician. I am a middle-aged female and have seen many doctors as I've moved from state to state. Dr. Witherspoon exceeds my expectations as a physician who truly cares about his patients. I am not a file folder that is pulled out from time to time.
Presbyterian Hospital of Plano is not a palce to be if you are very sick This hospital has all private rooms and are nice if you need minor surgery and can basically take care of yourself. However if you have a loved one that has been told they are going to die DO NOT STAY. The doctors are great the nursing staff and techs are poor at best.
