FRONT DESK AWFULL SERVICE, MAIN IS DARK HEADED GIRL & BREAKING HIPPA 2 Words the office Sucks, mainly calling to schedule and too checking in. dark headed girl checked me in, very short gossiping about coworkers and patients. Rude young lady.
Mrs Dr. Kuenstler is GREAT! He takes a genuine interest is his patients and is concerned about their health. He is always courteous and has a great attitude towards me and my children. He has given us great care over the years. I saw one review on this site that was clearly from a disturbed individual (Homer S). Obviously a prankster that does not know Dr Kuenstler. I would gladly refer any friends or family members looking for an amazing doctor.
Excellent Doctor! I saw Dr. Roark was named in 2012 by D magazine as " Top 10 Doctor In Dallas" I just think Dr. roark is great, I have referred several friends and family to her. she is kind, funny, intelligent, and VERY caring.
THIS PHYSICIAN IS AMAZING! This physician not only listened to what I had to say, but was incredibly professional and caring. It has been so long that I have lived with the pain that he was able to take away. His knowledge base was unparalleled and his ability to heal amazing. I can't express enough what a relief it was to finally be in good hands and get the expert care that I knew was out there. I feel blessed to have a physician with such knowledge, skill and expertise in Denton. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I got thretened with legal action for my review. My experience in Dr Cations offce was very bad. I was so upset when I left, I got lost on my way home. He snickered and laughed at me, didn't believe me, told me I was wrong. Did minimal examination, checked my reflex in my right knee and ancle, when it was no reflex, he just said, that is interesting. Finally I stood up and told him he was fired, that was after he said, "I guess I could give you a steroid shot, if that is what you want" That is not what I wanted, I wasn't loo... read more
Just say no I can't bring myself to even give this center one star. If you need to make an appointment, or touch base with your doctor, expect to spend some time on the phone holding. Normally it's at least a ten minute hold, with up to 35 minutes during their busy times.
WHAT HAPPENED?!? It hurts me a lot to leave this review because I was his patient for 2 1/2 years and I had grown to trust him as my family doctor until a few months ago when things started to change with him. He used to be very friendly and caring, but turned into someone who became abrupt, withdrawn, and he started to constantly interrupt me to the point where I could no longer get my whole story out to him. long wait, little service I've used this hopital ER room on more than one occasion. They weren't that busy as far as I could see. Very slow service for a small county hospital. Staff was ok but nothing to write home about. On one visit, I was very sick, dizzy and felt faint. I couldn't sit up and needed to lay down or I felt I would faint. I couldn't get the nurses to take me seriously that I needed to lay down, until I started to lay down on the floor in the waiting room! Horrible Emergency Room This emergency room is over crowded and understaffed. Most of the staff are unfriendly and some are just down right rude. It is more of a county hospital atmosphere. The waiting time is atrocious. Even after they get you into the rooms, it is an hour or two before you will see anyone in the form of a dr. And if they have to admit you, well then you have an even longer wait. I was so unsatisfied with this hospital. I have recommened to everyone I know not to go there.
