long wait, little service I've used this hopital ER room on more than one occasion. They weren't that busy as far as I could see. Very slow service for a small county hospital. Staff was ok but nothing to write home about. On one visit, I was very sick, dizzy and felt faint. I couldn't sit up and needed to lay down or I felt I would faint. I couldn't get the nurses to take me seriously that I needed to lay down, until I started to lay down on the floor in the waiting room! Arlington Memorial Hospital A great hospital, indeed. The staff is made of likable people who assist you with loving care and are not harsh about anything. The environment is clean, tidy, and quiet.
Horrible Emergency Room This emergency room is over crowded and understaffed. Most of the staff are unfriendly and some are just down right rude.
terrible experiences I was in the ER there twice and each time i could have died. The first i had broken my left femur in a fatality car wreck and they didnt know if unti i got the xray which was 2 hours after they left me laying on a stretcher in the emergency room hallway. The second time and the only reason why we went there was because the streets were iced out and this hospital was right down the street (i would have fared better on the icy roads traveling 80 mph getting to parkland in Dallas and we all know Parkland is... read more
Maternity ward seemed nice My sister in law had her bany here. When ever I was there they seemed to be nice to here and attentive to her needs. The hospital was clean and very quiet.
Bad Experience Dr. Kuenstler is rude. It seems like he is always in a hurry to leave the room, to take a dump or something. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Treated poorly by Office Staff I was a patient here for the past four years until this week. For the past year I have been slightly frustrated with the general admin staff and a few of the nurses. All the Doctors and PAs have been good to great at times. ANYTIME I would call in for an appointment I was talked to in a condesending tone and could tell that the person I was talking to could care less. The worst experience ever!! Absolutely the worst staff (billing, office manager, receptionist) at a doctor's office that I have ever experienced. The doctor should take more time to educate the staff on how to follow through and take care of customers...or they won't come back! I know we as patients have a choice and I will not return to this doctor, not because of incompetence, but because of the way they conduct business!
