Communication & Timing Could Be Improved Review: My experience involved multiple communications close to a scheduled procedure, which felt overwhelming and somewhat unclear. Just WOW! In my life, I've unfortunately had a number of surgeries requiring hospital stays. I didn't know there could be something this amazing. From the checking in to the room to the absolutely incredible meals (Steak for lunch was so good, I ordered again for dinner). The staff were kind and caring and made the entire process very smooth and peaceful - something you want when you're recovering from surgery.

I stayed two nights at this facility for my procedure. I would like to thank all the staff who worked day and night diligently for the providing me with the support and care. Huge thanks for the surgeons, anaesthetist, and operation nurse. Rose, Sayeda, Carolle and Denise you all were amazing for being so caring and responsive. I won’t forget about the meals prep and delivery ladies, you made my stay pleasant. I only found the housekeeping was a little behind. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
