I arrived at this office for my 11:20 appointment with Dr. Sunny Glenn. I waited 20 min and asked the receptionist Carol how much longer I would need to wait. She returned to inform me another 25 min...Dr. Sunny Glenn Loudly informed the receptionist I had to options to either wait or leave; she could NOT have been more unprofessional.
