Check-in was very quick and I was seen immediately. Triage went very smoothly and the nurse was very nice. Dr. Beers was nice as well and was comprehensive in her assessment. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Upon entering, I took notice that it’s a clean facility, free of odor, and well organized. The check-in was pretty smooth with handing over your DL and providing confirmation of appointment or what have you. The AA lady with glasses appeared to lack customer service skills and truly lacked the ability to provide direct care/service. I’m not suggesting a lengthy conversation about our lives but maybe a more friendlier approach and less attitude would work better.
