When I entered Breeze urgent care I felt very welcome and was attended right away by Cris. The visit was really fast and the provider Kimberly gave me the Right medication to feel better. I will come again!
Everyone was fantastic! The staff was very sweet and attentive and it was an incredibly fast visit with the amount of things I was getting done, the NP wanted to leave no stone unturned and was very thorough!
Terrible experience. I went in at 4:30pm on a Friday to have my ears cleaned. It's a very simple procedure that I have had done countless times to remove earwax. A tube with a tip is attached to a spray bottle, and the tip is placed in the ear. Water then flushes the earwax out and deposits it in a small basin under the ear. This is the first time it was painful. When checked by a senior staff member, she said the left was clean, but had someone else come in to redo the right ear. Never come to this place!!! They charge a lot for nothing, rude and having low quality providers. They charged me $70 dollas while my Urgent care copay is only $35 and they refuse to refund. The provide wrote visit summary using ChatGPT and gave me wrong medicine (My following doctor told me). The claim they will refer a doctor in 24 hours but nothing happened in 48 hours.
