Took my daughter here after she hadn’t been feeling well for several days. After 5 days of cold medicine with no improvement, I booked an appointment online. Check-in was quick—we were sent straight to an exam room without even sitting in the lobby. The nurse practitioner came in right away, asked thoughtful questions, ran tests, and both she and the doctor were very kind and thorough. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care. I was seen right away with no wait time, and every staff member—from the nurses to the assistants—was incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. They addressed all of my concerns, completed testing and X-rays, provided a treatment plan, and even sent my prescription—all within just 45 minutes. My visit here was phenomenal. I was seen in less than five minutes. The young Hispanic [don’t know her name] lady was extremely friendly and polite.
Great experience overall! Easy to schedule and there was no wait time when i arrived. Cris and Eresya were amazing and FAST ! I was seen in under 10 minutes!
When I entered Breeze urgent care I felt very welcome and was attended right away by Cris. The visit was really fast and the provider Kimberly gave me the Right medication to feel better. I will come again!
