Ive never had a bad experience here. All of the staff are kind and courteous. I will continue using this clinic for any urgent needs.
They rushed the exam, immediately tested for strep, I was like that's fine but lady was literally moving so fast for no reason. They got BP and temperature, didn't check my ears, tonsils, or neck for swelling, Strep came back negative, I asked them to test for the flu, as soon as the nurse walked out I was handed discharge papers. The nurse listened for breath sounds over my sweater while he was talking which is listening to nothing, why would you even ask to listen to my lungs?
