Everyone was fantastic! The staff was very sweet and attentive and it was an incredibly fast visit with the amount of things I was getting done, the NP wanted to leave no stone unturned and was very thorough!

Terrible experience. I went in at 4:30pm on a Friday to have my ears cleaned. It's a very simple procedure that I have had done countless times to remove earwax. A tube with a tip is attached to a spray bottle, and the tip is placed in the ear. Water then flushes the earwax out and deposits it in a small basin under the ear. This is the first time it was painful. When checked by a senior staff member, she said the left was clean, but had someone else come in to redo the right ear. Never come to this place!!! They charge a lot for nothing, rude and having low quality providers. They charged me $70 dollas while my Urgent care copay is only $35 and they refuse to refund. The provide wrote visit summary using ChatGPT and gave me wrong medicine (My following doctor told me). The claim they will refer a doctor in 24 hours but nothing happened in 48 hours. When I call back they are very rude and said it's not guaranteed. Basically they charged hundreds by doing nothing. Their front desk people is not honest ... read more

Terrible expierenece. Doctors are ok, but registrants and billing department are idiots. First of all, they misspelled: my sons name, his last name, the name of the street(5 mistakes there) After that I dont get any bills from them I made 2 calls and spend more than 1 hour talking to billing department and office. They told me that self pay is less than through insuranse I want to do self pay. BUT I CAN NOT DO THAT BECAUSE I CAN DO IT JUST IN THE FIRST MONTH(IN JUNE) But who didnt send me a bill who made such many mistakes, ... read more
