I have been going here since before covid and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been patient, kind and helpful. The nurse practitioners have always done an amazing job. They have an assortment of drinks if needed and the bathroom and facilities are always clean.
Okay… can we talk about how AMAZING Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care located at 4135 Belt Line Rd. Ste. 124, Addison, TX 75001 is !!!!!! I went in for something pretty urgent (a breast abscess ), and I was honestly nervous—but the SECOND I walked in, it felt like a whole different vibe. Calm, peaceful, super clean, and lowkey… it’s giving luxury clinic. And yes—they have a refreshment bar!! Coffee, tea, water… I was like wait, am I at urgent care or a spa?! The staff is rude, dismissive, and frankly does not want to work. I encourage them to look for a different field. A job that doesn’t require people interaction.
