Showed up on time and stayed until job was completed. Finished product was excellent.
BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT HOW THE WATE IS EXPELLED FROM THE GUTTER. I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS.
Sam was super responsive and allowed me to take all the time I needed to get informed and make my decision regarding my gutter and rain barrel installation needs. The project was started and finished right on schedule, and Sam personally inspected the results. Based on Sam's careful explanation of the process his company uses to install the gutters, I can rest assured that the gutters will be highly durable.
Sam and mike did every thing they said they would do they were very easy to work with. I am getting a bid from them for a walkway and patio and some landscape work.my gutters look great the price was very reasonable.its hard to find a company that really cares about there work and customers I was lucky to find them
Sam did as great job of explaining the different grades and components available. He also communicated well during the process. He personally expected the work periodically.
This was not about gutters, it was about air duct cleaning. The person from Custom Solutions found that the air ducts were ok, but the blower and its compartment need cleaning very badly. He saved us about $100.00 and did an excellent job of cleaning, no simple task, required lots of disassembly. I highly recommend this company.
Sam explained for me about types of gutters. He even brought 2 differences type of gutters sample, down spout , screws to show me the different. Which were very helpful. Helped me understand more about gutters. He is a very honest person. Gave me options to chose. Didnt try to sell me with expensive product. Recommended good product to use. I had requested three bids for seamless gutters and Customs Solutions impressed me because they took the time to sit down with me and explain, in detail, how they would proceed to install the gutters (should they receive the bid), along with costing factors. While I waited for the other companies to respond, one company did send me a detailed proposal for installation; however, no one-on-one explanation was provided.
