The owner is a great sales person but he did not follow up at all. In fact, the installer was given incorrect instructions & supplies, had to contact owner to supposedly deliver the missing parts. Unfortunately, he did not so installer had to come back another day. We never saw or heart from owner again. nor do we wish to.

We had to come back to finish because changes were made to the original workorder so additional items needed to be ordered based on your changes. The job was performed by our crew chief and generally there's no need for our owner to return because we have the utmost faith in our installers. Sam and crew did an excellent job installing my gutters and building me a custom pergola in my back yard.
They knew what they were doing, went out of their way to get my job done and did an all around excellent job.

I was more than impressed with information provided by Sam, sales rep, and equally impressed by the subsequent high quality of craftsmanship and installation. I most definitely will and have already recommended Custom Solutions Construction.
