I hate the online app. I have two banks; Wells And Texas First. When I have to reload my apps for any reason on my phone, it's a simple one, two with Wells Fargo: login, password. With TF, it's login, password, security code. I know this adds another level of safety but the code is frustrating and tricky to apply. It sends you an email number that, I guess, is only good for a minute or less and then it's obsolete. I'm older and tech gives me a lot of issues. I opened up my first bank account with them in high school and recently opened up a joint account with my fiancé! The hometown feeling you get is just wonderful. I've banked at the Kemah, Dickinson, and now Pearland branch and love them all!
