I hate the online app. I have two banks; Wells And Texas First. When I have to reload my apps for any reason on my phone, it's a simple one, two with Wells Fargo: login, password. With TF, it's login, password, security code. I know this adds another level of safety but the code is frustrating and tricky to apply. It sends you an email number that, I guess, is only good for a minute or less and then it's obsolete. I'm older and tech gives me a lot of issues. I opened up my first bank account with them in high school and recently opened up a joint account with my fiancé! The hometown feeling you get is just wonderful. I've banked at the Kemah, Dickinson, and now Pearland branch and love them all! Our checking got hacked this morning and I called as soon as they opened and spent all day working with the Pearland branch (Mrs. Cynthia Rodriguez) between phone and email she got me all squared away and was able to find out what happened get my money back cancel that account and set us... read more
